Accommodation consists of:
· Lounge with L shaped sofa that can quickly be changed to a very comfortable,
king-size, double bed.
· Flat screen LCD TV with DVD/CD. A selection of games, DVD's, magazines and
books are provided plus local information leaflets and maps. Radio.
Dining area with seating for four.
· One double bedroom with bedside cabinet, bedside shelf unit with 2 bedside reading
lamps and a large wardrobe.
· Bed linen provided, but please bring own towels. Guest bed also available.
Kitchen with fridge and 3-star freezer section, electric oven with halogen hob,
microwave, toaster plus a wide range of cooking equipment.
· Bathroom with modern, electric shower.
Heating:
· Heating - electric convection and storage heater in the lounge,
storage heater in the bedroom, heated towel rail in the bathroom.
Outside:
· Lockable shed with washing machine and a separate shower for washing
wetsuits (or dog's paws). Airer for drying.
· Fully enclosed patio with built-in barbecue, requires charcoals.
· Table with bench seating, sun loungers and folding chairs.
Parking:
· Private parking space.
Pets:
· Pets are welcome by arrangement.
